 At Lavish Builders LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-designed blueprints tailored to your specific needs and preferences. As part of our dedication to providing personalized service, we have developed the following refund policy for custom blueprints: 

1. Custom Nature of Blueprints

Our blueprints are specifically created based on your unique requirements and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of the design work, all custom blueprints are final and non-refundable once the design process has begun.

2. Design Process

Upon agreement of custom blueprint, you will receive a estimated proposal until the design is approved, we charge by the square footage, the price is calculated based on the total area under the roof square footage. This includes both finished and unfinished spaces, other items we may charge for include decks, carports, garages, accessible attics, basements and crawlspaces,  Once you approve the initial concept and make your payment or deposit, we will begin work on your custom blueprints. At this stage, the design work becomes non-refundable.

3. Changes and Revisions

We understand that changes may be necessary during the design process. We offer two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope of work at no additional cost. Any revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees, and may impact the delivery timeline.

4. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If you decide to cancel the project before work has begun, you will be entitled to a refund of any payments made, minus a cancellation fee of $50.00 to cover administrative costs.

5. Delivery of Final Blueprint

Once your final custom blueprint is delivered and approved, no refunds will be issued, as the design is a unique, one-of-a-kind product tailored to your specifications.

6. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

- If we are unable to deliver the blueprint within the agreed-upon timeframe (subject to delays outside our control, such as force majeure events).

- If there is a material error in the blueprint that significantly deviates from the specifications you approved, provided that the error was caused by our design team.

7. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all details, preferences, and specifications are accurate and complete before the project begins. We recommend reviewing all documents, drafts, and designs thoroughly during the approval stages.
