1 Year Workmanship Warranty
The 1 year home builder warranty is a workmanship warranty provides surety coverage from the day of closing. It clearly defined construction standards for defects in material and workmanship for the first year.
10 Year Structural Warranty
Our new home warranty provides ten-year protection on warranted load-bearing portions of the home. The warranty book identifies which parts of the home are covered, and the criteria for establishing a defect in a Designated Structural Element. The Insurer is the Warrantor in Years 1-10.
